Not to be missed, an original 3-course menu designed for Café Léman by chef Jean-Marc Bessire, a reference for fish in Geneva and head of the starred restaurant Le Cigalon in Thonex.


It’s in Switzerland

Far from the noise and stress, surrounded by the idyllic and wild landscape of the Swiss mountains, one of the best dishes is traditionally made: Balik salmon, the most famous and probably the finest smoked salmon in the world.

This product, whose name makes gourmets’ hearts beat faster, is prepared in the now famous salmon smoking factory in Ebersol, in the canton of St. Gallen, according to a secret recipe that respects the smoking tradition of the court of the Russian Tsars.
